Working in partnership with Switch Controls Ltd (www.switch-controls.com) we have recently completed a project for Broadgate Estates to modernise their control systems on one of the buildings they manage. The project was to replace all of the cooling system control valves and upgrade the control system from pneumatic operation to electrically operated. The project was carried out over a 3 month period to a set schedule utilising pipe freezing technology to achieve isolation and, therefore, allowing the building to remain in use throughout.
